• To provide a service via an adults team that is dedicated, caring, and skilled.
• To provide a pleasant group living experience for young people, helping them to develop social and relational skills.
• To collaborate closely with all agencies in order to help young people integrate into communities, families, or independent life.
• In collaboration with their social worker and families, create explicit care plans for young people during their stay.
• To encourage young people to take charge of their own lives and behaviours by giving them more confidence in doing so.
• To include the young person in the decision-making process about their care.
• While developing a young person's awareness of responsibility, we must protect their rights to choice, privacy, independence, respect, and dignity.
• Keeping track of agreed-upon goals and celebrating them when they're met.
• Information is evaluated and measured in order to enhance the efficacy of service delivery and results.
• As needed by Ofsted, exceed the expected standards and requirements.
